How to Use:
Surface Preparation: Clean the surfaces thoroughly, removing any dirt, dust, grease, or old sealant. Ensure the surfaces are dry before application.
Masking (Optional): Use masking tape to create clean, straight lines and protect adjacent surfaces from excess sealant.
Application: Cut the tip of the sealant cartridge at a 45-degree angle to the desired bead width. Insert the cartridge into a caulking gun and apply the sealant in a continuous, even bead along the joint or surface to be sealed or bonded.
Tooling: Smooth the applied sealant with a caulking tool or a damp finger to ensure proper adhesion and a neat finish. Remove the masking tape immediately after tooling if used.
Curing: Allow the sealant to dry and cure according to the manufacturer's instructions. Avoid disturbing the sealed area during the curing process.
